Your email, phone number, chosen tier and language, when you consented and the exact text you agreed to, and who invited you. For rate limiting we briefly keep a hash of your IP address, not the address itself.

To count founders towards the threshold, to send you updates on the project and the first batch, and to contact you about your tier. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

Until you unsubscribe or delete your data. If we miss the threshold, we delete the list within 30 days of the campaign ending. After deletion only an anonymous marker remains so we never email you again.

Only processors that run the service: Supabase (database in the EU, Frankfurt), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting). We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

You can access, correct and delete your data, withdraw consent, and complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate. Most of this you can do yourself in your account; for the rest write to ivo@blsh.it.
